Green Coral’s highlight is its magnificent gardens and outdoor spaces. The manicured gardens, spanning approximately 500 square meters, are home to a variety of climbing Mediterranean plants.
The villa is divided into two independent levels—upper and lower—connected by the shared garden. It features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a formal dining room, a sitting room, and a large panoramic terrace, making this property the ideal retreat for large families or groups of friends.

The Upper Floor
The main entrance opens onto the villa’s main living area. A small hallway leads to a spacious, tastefully furnished living room with vaulted ceilings, sofas, and French doors leading to a spacious furnished terrace overlooking the sea. Behind the main living room, through arches and columns, lies the formal dining room, which can comfortably seat up to eight people around a magnificent antique wooden table. Adjacent to the main living room is a small lounge with a TV, ideal for younger family members. This room also has direct access to the main terrace.
The separate kitchen, spacious and decorated with Mediterranean tiles, is well-equipped for cooking enthusiasts, with a five-burner stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher.
The Bedrooms – Upper Floor
The villa can comfortably accommodate eight people in four double bedrooms spread over two levels.
On the main floor, there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The very spacious master bedroom features a walk-in closet, a dressing table, and an en suite bathroom with a claw-foot bathtub. French doors lead directly to the terrace and gardens. The second bedroom, also with a private bathroom and separate walk-in closet, has an additional single bed, ideal for a child or teenager, overlooking the surrounding gardens.
The Lower Floor Annex
Crossing the lush gardens and descending a wide staircase, you reach the rear entrance of the annex on the lower level, which also has its own access from the street.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy combined living/dining room with a TV corner and wicker furniture. There’s also a small, fully equipped kitchenette with an electric stove and a refrigerator/freezer.
A central hallway leads to the sleeping area, which includes two additional double bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms has an additional single bed, perfect for a child.
The lower level also features a separate laundry room with a washing machine, sink, and all the necessary household appliances.
Gardens and Outdoor Terrace
Green Coral is surrounded by 500 square meters of lush Mediterranean gardens, ensuring maximum privacy. The gardens, arranged on two levels, offer a variety of shaded and relaxing corners, many protected by a natural pine canopy.
On the upper level, two furnished terraces offer the opportunity to relax while admiring the Mediterranean. The terraces are furnished with sofas, lounge chairs, and an elegant dining table for eight, ideal for al fresco dining.
An outdoor shower is located in the garden, perfect for cooling off after a swim in the salty Mediterranean waters.

Green Coral is just a ten-minute walk from the Piazzetta, the historic square in the center of Capri, and another ten minutes from Marina Piccola beach. A supermarket and a local restaurant are just 300 meters from the property, while all major amenities, such as banks, bars, and boutiques, are located in the center of Capri.
Getting around the island is easy: in addition to walking, there is a bus stop near the villa and characteristic open-top taxis are available. A porterage service can also be arranged to make arrival and departure more convenient.
