Offering spacious living spaces and complete privacy, Villa Antica Limonaia consists of a main villa, a separate guesthouse, and a self-contained three-bedroom apartment, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests. The Main Villa (Sleeps 8)
The main villa features four bedrooms, a splendid veranda with a bright living and dining room, a separate eat-in kitchen, a formal lounge, and afurnished terracewith spectacular views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius.
The ground floor of the split-level villa features a spacious living and dining room, with floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable sofas, a dining nook in antique wood, and beautiful furnishings and paintings that make this space ideal for relaxation. From here, there is access to a large outdoor terrace furnished with a dining table, sofas, and teak and rattan patio furniture.
The distinctive kitchen, with marble countertops, is carefully designed to inspire guests to create delicious Mediterranean delicacies. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences: a six-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, double sink, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, and toaster. A washing machine with ironing board is also available.
A staircase leads to the main sleeping area, consisting of amaster bedroomand two twin bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The spacious master bedroom is decorated with floral decorations and Mediterranean wood furniture. One bedroom offers access to a panoramic terrace with breathtaking views of the Sorrento coast and Mount Vesuvius.
Thefourth bedroomis located on the ground floor and includes a double bed (or optional twin), a flat-screen TV, and a reading chair. Opposite is the main bathroom with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet. The villa has central heating and WiFi.
Three-Bedroom Apartment (Sleeps 6)
Perfect for large families or groups of friends, the lower level of the villa offers a self-contained 120 sq m apartment with a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living/dining room.

WEDDINGS & EVENTS
We host weddings and events at some of our properties upon written request. In addition to a service fee, access to the property is restricted to our catering team and selected vendors for insurance, health, and safety reasons. Our event management team is available to provide further information upon request.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €500 is required to cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. The deposit will be held via credit card pre-authorization and will be released/refunded at the end of your stay. This deposit covers any damage to the property, furnishings, and the condition in which the property is left upon check-out.
